I was born in '92 in Mexico, and since then, I've always been surrounded by pets, from turtles, cats, and rabbits to chickens, dogs, and horses. When I was little, my parents used to give me cameras as gifts - the first and most coveted one was the Barbie Kodak camera - and I loved capturing whatever was in front of me. However, that passion remained a simple hobby until not so long ago.

 

You've probably heard the phrase "pursue a job doing what you love." Well, it took me several years, countless lessons, and sleepless nights to truly figure out what I enjoy and how to make a career out of it. Now, after years of working in the e-commerce industry, the editorial world at Harper's Bazaar, and various freelance projects doing product photography - which, by the way, I’m still pursuing, you can check it all out here - I managed to merge my passions: photography and my love for animals. That's how Fluffy Studio was born.

 

Fluffy Studio' aim is to capture your pet and their owners if they wish. I love witnessing how each animal possesses its own unique personality and being able to visually represent the bond they share with their owner. Those loving eyes truly say it all.

 

Throughout the years, I have experienced the loss of several of my dogs, and because of that, I understand that even though our dogs, cats, horses, turtles, or whichever pet you have may not be eternal, we can keep them with us always through a framed photograph at home, on our phones, on social media (because, obviously, many of us have created accounts for our fur babies), or even in an album.

 

On the other hand, I have always found fulfillment in assisting animal foundations or sanctuaries through photography (you can also take a look at my elephant sanctuary project here). So, this is a project where, once again, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to organizations that rescue pets, as well as providing pro bono photography sessions to encourage the adoption of these animals.
