Terms and Conditions of Fluffy Studio
The client is responsible for reading these terms and conditions. By booking a session, the client automatically accepts these terms and conditions.
1
Reservations

Sessions must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance.

For the reservation, the client must provide the following details: owner’s name, pet(s) name(s), physical characteristics of the pet(s), pet’s birthday, and contact information. This information will be used exclusively to contact the client, manage the session, and offer future promotions or discounts. It will not be disclosed or used for any other purpose.

The session date will be secured only after confirming availability and receiving the corresponding deposit to reserve the spot.

A deposit of 50% of the session fee is required, payable via bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the session.

The client will forfeit their deposit and any right to a refund in the event of cancellation, unless the studio indicates otherwise.

If a session is rescheduled, a financial penalty may apply, up to the full value of the original deposit (this is at the studio's discretion).

Punctuality and Session Extension

It is the client’s responsibility to arrive punctually at the time specified by Fluffy Studio. If the client arrives late, the session time will not be extended.

A client arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will lose their session. If the client wishes to schedule a new session, the full price of the session will apply, unless the photographer decides to offer the option of rescheduling.

If the client wishes to extend the session time, there will be an additional charge of $600, subject to the studio’s availability.

If the photographer is unable to attend, the client will be offered the option to reschedule for another available date or receive a refund of the deposit.

The client is responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during the session. The photographer will not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or forgotten items.

If any force majeure event prevents the photographer from providing services, the client’s session will be rescheduled without additional charges.

Photo Selection

Approximately 3-5 days after the session, the client will receive a link to view and select photographs according to the package they purchased.

The images in the link will be low-resolution, unedited, and watermarked. It is prohibited to download, screenshot, or remove the watermark from the images. If these conditions are violated, the session will be canceled, the client will lose all rights to the images, and no refund will be issued.

The link will be valid for 30 days. If the client does not make a selection or pay the remaining balance within this period, the photographs will be lost and will become the sole property of Fluffy Studio. They can be recovered with an additional fee to restart the process.

If the client takes more than 14 business days to select the photographs, their delivery will lose priority, and the delivery time may be extended.

Discarded Photographs: These are images taken during the session that are not selected for final delivery. The photographer reserves the right to discard any photographs deemed unnecessary.

The client has no rights to discarded images, and they will not be delivered.

Photo Delivery

The selected photographs will be delivered within 7 to 14 business days after the client has made their selection and full payment.

For packages that include more than 20 photographs, the delivery time may be extended.

If the client requests more images than those included in their package, the additional cost must be paid before the editing process begins.

By accepting the Terms & Conditions and booking a session, the client agrees to the style and quality offered by Fluffy Studio. Refunds will not be provided if the client does not like the resulting photographs.

At Fluffy Studio, raw (RAW) format photographs are not available for delivery. These unprocessed files represent only the initial stage of the creative process and require professional editing to ensure the quality and style that define our work.

The editing process is an essential part of our service, where we strive to deliver finished images that meet the highest standards. By hiring our services, you agree to receive only the final, edited photographs.

Ownership Rights

Fluffy Studio and the photographer retain full rights to all their photographic productions and authorship.

Fluffy Studio has the right to display and publish any photographs created in any medium (websites, social media, portfolios, printed advertising, etc.) to promote and advertise its business without informing the client of their use.

The client acquires a License of Use for the photographs delivered to them.

The license grants full freedom for reproduction, printing, and copying of the content.

The license allows economic benefit, provided the author is credited.
-
The license permits derivative works or adaptations.
-
The license allows publication, as long as the author is credited.

Price Changes

Prices for services and products offered by Fluffy Studio are subject to change without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that the photographer cannot provide the contracted service, they are not obliged to cover any costs or losses resulting from the cancellation.

Any instructions given to clients, their guests, or employees during a session are followed at their own risk. Fluffy Studio and the photographer are not responsible for any personal accidents or incidents involving pets.

If the client or their pets cause damage to the studio facilities or photography equipment, the client is responsible for covering the full cost of repairs.

Pet Responsibility: The studio and the photographer are not responsible for any incident, accident, injury, or eventuality that may occur to your pet during the photo session. The care, control, and supervision of the pet are the sole responsibility of its owner or caretaker. It is recommended to bring any necessary items to ensure your pet's comfort and safety during the session.

Discounts for Returning Clients

Fluffy Studio clients receive a 10% discount on their second session and a 25% discount on their third session. These discounts are valid for 1 year from the date of the first session.
